Nem baked over the coal stove and steamed Nem
Made in the same recipe as fermented pork roll but it can be served immediately after being baked over the coal stove or steamed.
How to be served:
As it is not fermented, it has no sour flavor , but instead, when being baked or steamed, it has the natural taste of meat and the aroma from otaheite gooseberry leaves (chum ruot) and banana leaf. Served with garlic and chili sauce.
