Fermented pork roll
Ingredient:
Skin and trotter of pig’s meat , after being mixed and scented with spices, is rolled into
otaheite gooseberry leaf ( chum ruot ) then covered outside by banana leaves . After three days , pork roll is naturally fermented
and can be served or can be kept for other three days in good quality in the refrigerator.
There are two kinds of fermented pork roll: pork roll by segment and pork rollby kilos




How to be served:
Nem has sour , peppery flavor , served with garlic and chili sauce.
